One of the best hotel experiences I have had during my Kerala trip, especially the house owner's behavior was exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was neat and clean, and the ambiance was great. The location is very close to the Periyar Lake ticket counter, Kumily bus stand, Kathakali, martial arts, and other attractions. Parking facilities are also available.

Neatly Maintained Homestay. Host was very kind. Breakfast was too good. Overall I had an excellent and never before experience staying in this homestay as this homestay was surrounded by floral gardening which can be watched by sitting in their two private balcony which ultimately gave us a relaxing vibe. One of the best homestay in Thekkady.

Breakfast was great. Parking is very small, and in the alleyway. The hosts are very welcoming. Rooms were very beautiful and facilities were like 3 star inside room. Room was very beautiful. Though I booked for double balcony room, I got single balcony room but still it can be omitted as the behaviour of the couple was so sweet.

what a service really, owners are very supportive and polite behaviour. Rooms are like just 3 star and above well neat & cleaned location is in market only everything you will get by walk. must book... will definitely book again...ty so much.

Spacious rooms, pleasant ambience of balcony, calm silent space, clean and well maintained, good bathroom, helpful owner. Close distance to commute to lake and tiger reserve and walking distance to shop, market etc. Amazing homestay experience.

Clean property and full of greenery. Walkable distance from Kathakali/kalari centre, periyar national park. If we had an additional day for kerala trip, we would have stayed here. Nice and humble host.

the place was comfortable and spacious. there was a small issue regarding the hot water but the staff was very polite and resolved the issue. overall a nice place and worth the money🙂
