Horrible experience! The staff were extremely ill-mannered. The rooms are not maintained. We had booking for three days which included breakfast and dinner. Upon arrival he shifted us from one hotel to another giving excuses that hotel rooms are full booked. The second day after our return to the hotel he asked us to checkout and argued that our booking is for 1 day and locked us out of our room. He was out of character and refused to even refund our money back. In order to resolve the issue we had to call the police and get the matter settled cause he started behaving the worst and speaking in low language.

Room had cockroaches. It also smelled undearably mouldy. Water was yellow in all taps and not suitable for even washing face. Staff is very friendly and polite, but doesn’t make up for the hygiene lapse. Also you have to pay 25/bottle for any extra water bottle even (even though there is no RO system on the floor to avoid buying packaged water). Needs inspection from a health inspector asap Probably violating 10s of hygiene codes

Walkable distance from Bus stations, railway stations. Multiple choices of Restaurants, Coffee shops, Dress shops near by to the hotel

Pros : Staff attitude is good and helpful. Location is good. Cons: Too much mosquito in bathroom. Insect repellent needs to be used in rooms. Bathroom condition is bad. Need a lot of renovation. Staff is forgetful and had to be reminded again and again. Overall the stay was average.

Room is clean and staffs are polite. location is more accessible. no exclusive parking but well taken care by staffs. switches and pipes are little cranky. overall very good. wifi is excellent. Room smells good.

Good cleaned room and bathroom. Courteous staff. Ac, Water heater and TV work fine. Hotel provides 1 ltr water bottle everyday. Would be nice if they keep Hand towel / napkin.

cant say too good!!! water and all were in yellowish colour !! couldnt bath during stay!!! hotel room beds werent looking clean!!!!! must improve a lot!!

it was a nice stay. Bedsheets were clean. it was in a walking distance from thiruvanmiyur railway station. bathroom was clean. I'll try it next time too
