Good points :-- The property location - V Good- Service room - V Good- Food taste & Buffet spread - V Good- View from Balcony - V Good- Surrounding of resort - Full of pine trees Concerns:-- Rooms should be more clean. Specially before Allowing the guest to checkin. when we checked in there was lot of dust on tables and telephone instrument. even the bed sheet had stains which we got changed.- We Could see Dust patches below the bed- We had booked double bed super deluxe room but was allocated twin bed room. which the hse keeping joined but still there was 4 inch gap between the beds.- The resort is not at all for senior citizens or people with heart problem as it requires lot of walking either thru stairs or the steep approaching road from room to restaurant or receptionOtherwise the stay was pleasant and enjoyable.- All super Deluxe rooms are not of same size. some are small n some have low beddings. so book your room accordingly.- Location, Approach, Food and Service

Perfect destination from Delhi if you dont want to drive far to chail or kufri, took us 6 and a half hr to reach including meal break, etc Food us something you'll come back for or must stop for if you don't wanna stay Beautiful room we took balcony super deluxe room, though no great view but food quality and service made us extend our stay
