Pine Spring Resort

Hi,My Self Ashok Kumar From Delhi ,I Booked *Grand Suit With River View* , in the *Pine Spring Resort Pahalgam* I Recently stayed on the 27th of June 2024, With My Family as my wife and son.We stayed here for 2 NightsOverall, my experience was very poor.We had booked a 400 sqft grand suite with balcony and river view, but the suite we were given had no river view. And we didn't know how that 400 square feet was calculated.According to us it was only 250 Sqft.Especially to fool you.It is beautifully decorated from the outside like the reception and garden lawn children's play area, But the hotel inside it is in very bad condition.The room and washroom infrastructure maintenance is in very poor condition and Looks very old Style.There is no Hygiene and no safety, no protocols have been followed in this hotel,The rooms inside the hotel need renovation,Whose picture I have also uploaded.I will not go again to this hotel. ☹️My experiences that I felt could have been better as detail are given below.The wash basin in the bathroom is placed so low that you will feel pain in your back if you bend down.The shower installed in the bathroom is of very small size and the water pressure in it is also very lowThe Toilet Jet in the bathroom the water pressure in it is also very low.The ventilation fan installed in the second washroom was keeping the air flowing in our washroom. There was a very bad smell inside our washroom, And then there was the smell in the room, It seems like we were living in hell, We complained about this several times at the reception, but there was no response from their side.I think this place is not worth the money charged from you and what you are paying, According to the room and washroom, The price is too high, It was an average hotel with basic amenities.Basic Restorent and average food,There was nothing in the mini bar fridge. It was emptyWe were not given butter naan in a basket in the restaurant. It was served on a plate which did not look good at all.You will have to ask for water in restaurants,The waiter forgets to give water to the table, You have to ask for onion and mint sauce and papad in restaurants,The waiter forgot to put this thing on the table.We had dinner two nights and on both nights the restaurant did not have ice cream and fruit custard, not available in dessert. When you complain about all this to the waiter, he will not even apologize to you.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ☹️

The exterior was very beautiful, however the rooms were very dirty. The room that we stayed in had a broken toilet jet. The room was untidy. Not worth the money that I paid for it.

No value for money .. it was an average hotel with basic amenities. But the money they charge is not worth . Very average hotel room
