It was at decent place. A bit far from the city which is a good thing as there was no honking, and pollution. Soroundings - The soroundings is also nice. You can take a morning walk to any tea garden. Room - Room was great with a nice balcony. Food - Food is little high in price but you can understand that the location is up on the hill so it has to be costly. Restaurant and room service - There was restaurant in the top floor with a nice view. You can eat there or you can easily call the room service. The service was good and quick service at your doorstep. Safe and Secure. The hotel stuff was well mannered.

The room was very clean. And perfect experience for family. In house live kitchen and good food. Having no knowledge of munnar and staying at hotels , the place was a heaven. All the amenities like soap ,towels were provided. All the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Overall ot was a pleasant experience. Situated a away from munnar, it avtually is peaceful and has good parking space

A night stay with my family In 2 rooms little bit for from Munnar but it is good you can avoid sounds And pollution staff's are very cooperative dining and open kitchen in 3 floor no lift facility The food is really commendable very well maintained clean room and toilet bed, towel,bed sheet are neat we had a pleasant stay in pine tree Munnar

Food - Excellent, North Indian great food with full variety as well as South Indian. Service - Very Fast Staff - Very courteous and helpfull Location - 7 kms from main city, 10 mins max drive. Room - Very spacious & well maintained Overall, one should stay here. Great food and overall service. Keep it up.

This hotel is not in Munnar toun but we can reach there within 15 min. The room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed stay at this hotel.
