i went on family trip. initially i booked this hotel for 2 nights. Room was quite good and clean up to the standard. location is very good. Room service was also very good especially Mr Surjit singh. That's why i extended for 2 more nights. overall nice hospitality. safe n healthy environment. my kids were really very happy. they enjoyed their stay in Hotel pine view dharamshala

Staff was very helpful and nice, toilet was also cleaned very well but toilet seats was broken and beds centre partition was seprated from centre of the bed and smell was in the rooms. I stayed their only for 2 hours unfortunately I can't stay their at night for my personal reason. Else all was good.
