Location: it is in the perfect place neither in very high nor in very low in the hill. 10 min walking distance from Gondola. In front of the Shiv temple. View from its balcony is awesome. You will get cottage like experience. I like the hospitality and warm welcome. They have room heater, as well as bed heater, which is very comforting, even four-star hotel we stayed in Srinagar does not have both. I felt sick in midnight. I would like to thank Tanveer and Javed . They have bought medicine in late night for me. They had to walk for 30 min in freezing night for the medicine. I am touched by the gesture. I would have given more than 5 star if option would have been there. Thank you so much Tanveer and Javed. Very nice

Had a great experience of staying at Pine View Resort in Gulmarg. The resort offers a breathtaking view and is at walking distance from the starting point for Gandola. It offers all the necessary amenities along with the best service experienced so far. A special thanks to Tanvir (one of the hotel staff members) who made our stay worthwhile with his prompt service and go-getter attitude! Would recommend this to anyone traveling here for the first time.

The best part about this small 6 room hotel id the location. It is probably at the most prime spot in Gulmarg and has the best view of any hotel! It is good value for money! Tanveer took very very good care of us. Would highly recommend this to people on budget wanting a good hotel. I chose the package that includes dinner. Make sure to choose that since you would not want to go out at night in Gulmarg since it gets empty! Food too is good!

The place is Magical. It is the best place I have stayed in Kashmir. I have always been a Lil concious wen m traveling with my daughter alone but Kashmir has always been very safe. N this place made us so comfortable We were in love with the view. It really was like heaven. My daughter liked the service of the friendly staff. Thanvir was a very helpful person and we really liked his promptness.

The property was beautiful with an amazing view, they had 24 hrs heating available, the food was great but more than anything it was their staff. Aamir and Tanveer made sure that we had a comfortable stay there. I cannot find 1 drawback. Absolutely loved the experience. This was better than staying in a 5 star property.

Excellent stay. Location wise 5 star. Right at the foot hill from were Gandola ride starts. Service is awesome and especially food is delicious. Special mention about Tanveer, the chef. Every item he made is 5 star range. Will definitely recommend this property

The view from the room was mesmerizing. You should ask them to allocate the front facing room. The food was also delicious. The manager was a bit rude but all other staff were very much polite and the hospitality was very good.
