good hotel at great location. mall road is 1 km from the hotel, it was easy to reach also from railway station of shimla, there are 2 drawbacks of this hotel . 1. food is extremely expensive. 2. the hotel is on a little hight from the road , so you will have to climb a little to reach the hotel . car parking is available here which is a plus point for those who are going on there own vehicle. services was commendable and impressive, they provided complimentary room heater and room was also cozy and nice. overall a great hotel on a good price (besides food) . I enjoyed my stay there 😊

Nice rooms, go for minimum delux room with view. location is excellent. for Mall road you have to use upstairs which are little bit far from Mall road. if you are young then best old people can not walk on upstairs road. Hotel service is excellent. Advice : if you are not a good driver on hills then don't take risk for hotel parking, call to manager he will mange this for you. proper hygiene maintained,food also available on a single call.

My experience in this Hotel was great, especially the room in which I stayed, it has exceptional views, and above all, the food, simply the best I have ever had in any of the hotels I have ever stayed in. While I was planning my trip, I booked this hotel for a single day, but after a few hours of stay, I extended the same hotel and same room for 4 more days.

Booked mountain view room.. found the experience to be absolutely lovely. Only problem found was the water issue that this hotel faced as the previous accommodation we stayed a night earlier..did not have this kinda issue. Clean room, cooperative and friendly staff, tasty food along with their restaurant was worth the experience.

The deluxe room which I booked was spacious have a balcony with valley view. Bathrooms and rooms were neat and clean. perfect hotel for stay at Shimla. They have ample amount of parking space for vehicle. parking is the main issue in Shimla. 5 🌟 from my side for this 🏨

this property is located close to the Simla Railway Station. Very convenient to travel for sightseeing. The staff is polite and welcoming. The food at the restaurant is delicious with prompt service by the staff. comfort of the family with no hassles.

Stay was very comfortable. Location is amazing as it is very near to the mall road. Staff here is very friendly. Check in and check outs were smooth. Must recommended to everyone who's coming to shimla. Great hotel !! 👍😊

Overall good stay. ample parking. nice view from balconies ( not all room categories have one though) and you can take the back road to walk to mall. but requires 10 mins. overall away from hustle bustle and nice

Hotel was at a very Good place. My stay was very comfortable. Staff were very polite. Food was very delicious. But they need to upgrade their room in respect to anterior like washroom,door locks,windows etc.

Its fifth floor is Haunted Place we stay two days ,but in two days we feel hauted activities in galary and balcony on last day we feel negative activity both rooms, we leave this hotel in earlier morning
