Pink Floyd Cafe & Hotel Pushkar

This was my fourth visit to Pushkar in the last three years. I've stayed in various smaller and bigger hotels and cafes in Pushkar and this place was worse of all of them. I reached there earlier than a standard check-in time (at 11:00 am), there was no one available to confirm if I had booking there or not. The owner was rather busy in his morning pooja-path. Once his bathing, pooja and temple visit was done he took time to answer my call and told that they are having my room cleaned & then we can go inside. After another one hour or so he finally let us go inside the room. The room that he gave me was not the one shown in images. It was a very small room. Toilet seat was broken and there was no water jet in toilet. we complain about the same but they kept on saying that they will send someone to fix it in five minutes. I complain about the same many times but no one came to fix it nor they give me any other room. I had to live with that for four days. Another big problem was water supply, on Holi afternoon there was no water in the cafe. It was said that there was no water supply in whole Pushkar, I asked them for some water to at least let us wash off our faces after Holi and we were advised to purchase water bottles to wash our faces. We had to wait for 2 hours till the water supply kicked in. The only good thing about the room its location.

My experience with this hotel is not so good, I have booked the hotel one month back and at the time of check-in there is no room available. However, I got the room approx 1:30 PM. I asked hotel attendees to provide some necessary things but they not willing to attend, may be due to heavy rush during Holi or some other intention. No Proper meal available, they attend those customers who came for drink. One more important thing there is water availability is very limited, you have to think once if you are going to use toilet.

Decent place, nice vibes and the cafe at the top gives an amazing view of the Pushkar lake making the whole experience a good one. Ordering and getting food takes a while, but you can enjoy the view while you wait for your food.

this was a pathetic experience and decision to stay in this hotel, staff was so rude and high on drugs, they didn't care about ... in the hotel . their end goal was just to make money nothing else..
