Room was not ready even by 4 pm. Highly unprofessional. And literally we fought for 30 minutes to get the room. I will not advice anyone this hotel.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. Day shift manager was very rude, he doesn't know how to behave with the customers.

Recitation attender is not satisfying needs, he was not even giving drinking water after multiple reminder
