We booked a 2 BHK for 2 nights, and apart from the view from the room, all other facilities and services provided by the team were unsatisfactory. There were many used clothes, including innerwear, found inside the wardrobe, which should have been checked and cleared by the room service before handing over the key to the customer. No bath towels were provided for the bathroom; when we called, they only provided two towels for 5 people. Even tissue paper was not available in the washrooms; after calling, they provided only 1 roll for 2 washrooms, which was really disappointing. Dinner delivery was significantly late; we placed the order at 6 and had to wait until 9:15 for dinner on both nights. On the 2nd day, we called for drinking water, and they provided only 1 liter for 5 people, which was also received 3 hours late. We had to use tap water after finishing that small quantity. There was no WIFI in the room. Some positive aspects: - 24-hour hot water - Mountain and tea plantation views from the room - TV with some local channels - Room sofa sets"

We had a wonderful experience at the Planter punch resort.Location is good, in the lap of nature.The combination of friendly staff, comfortable accommodation, and delicious food specially Pongal in the breakfast was awesome.I would definitely recommend this place, it is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

We went on June ending and there is no electricity and they did not have inverter also..No TV , No heater..Poor facility..hotel is outside of OOTY ..Travelling at night on the way of hotel is scary at any time tree will collapse..Worst Experience

Room LILLY is not kept clean other rooms was good . Unfortunately i was staying in LILLY . Other than this everything is perfect awesome LOCATION . Good
