No one is there in the reception and the hotel is deserted. The phone nos of the hotel given in the website is not working You have to traverse to all the floors to find the in charge and check in. Not maintained properly. The fittings are worn out. TV is not working and after assistance TV was repaired but with very few channels. We opted for breakfast. I think it was purchased from a small tea shop. But the taste is good. Whoever staff was available at least they listened to us and tried to give a better service. But the management has to seriously look into the issues. Except our room all the other rooms in the floor are vacant (while all other hotels said they don't have any vacant rooms)

Staff: Receptionist are very welcoming and there behaviour is very cordial. 10 on 10 for it. They try to make our stay good, but the hotel is newly renovated and the staff seems inexperienced they know nothing apart Ha slots of issues explaining them to make my room ready. They did everything but they took lot of time for it. Room: Room seems ok but I think price wise it's on a very higher end, the management needs to really think on pricing to stay on the market. competitive price needs to be kept. Toilet seems okayish I would rate 2 on 5, shower was not great. Toilet lacked proper exhaust. Towel which they gave me was unclean.

very poor experience... no room service... got shock from two live wires hanging at the bed side... stained smelly blankets...TV disconnected and not working... water leaking in AC and AC not working no one cared when i complained it to them No parking available and cannot park vehicle on road also Restraunt of their own is not present...food has to be ate from outside hotels... Room very very poorly maintained. No locals were available majority of them were from the north who cant understand anything.

It's very easily locatable as it's located very near to main road. It's a very good hotel & their room I stayed in was very spacious & comfortable & even their staff's services were great as well. Though I didn't had any kind of food over here but they do have a decent dinning facility as well. They do provide WiFi & water bottle as complementary services too. Overall it was an amazing stay of mine & I had no issue regarding anything over here.

Room space: 3 Hygiene : 2 Washroom :2 AC: 3 Staff behaviour : 2.5 Complimentary breakfast : 2 Booked room for two days .Washroom commodes flush isnt working for which they have done repair of no use and changed room after 1 day and it was also slow filling .For the cost, the service could be even more better.Blankets and pillows r bit torn and old.No kettle and not hygenic.overall would recommend the hotel :2.5/5

The property was not at all worth the stay. 1. Mosquitoes flying in the room, though no windows were open. 2. Bad Smell in the room. 3. Dirty Towels, and they did not chage even after requesting. 4. No drinking water provided (lacking basic amenities). Overall i would neather opt for this property again nor will recommend to ayone. Totally disappointed.

Hotel staffs are friendly. But hotel need to provide the regular attending number on the website. The only issue was the bathroom was too small. May be 2.5ft * 10ft. Else it was clean and nicely maintained. This is not the case of all bathrooms. But few of them. Need to be lucky to not to get this room.

i arrived at hotel in midnight and had to wait at ground floor for about 15 mins as the doors and lift were locked. after making lot of noice, the person came to open the door. room was smelly, large bedbugs on bed, water leakage in bathroom and wash basin water falling on ground as pipe broken.

We had a horrible experience , though we booked for two nights stay we had to checkout after 1day. Dont waste your money especially if you are coming with family its a big No...here no option to rate -ve else i would have give -1 star. stay away from this hotel.
