The property was not as good as shown in the pictures. The rooms need a lot of maintenance. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The AC is very noisy and the room fixtures such as the balcony sliding doors are not working properly. We needed a hotel in a low budget so it was not bad. The pool is really nice and that was one of the very few things we actually liked. The staff is not at all courteous, especially the lady at the front desk. Will definitely not visit again even though the owner of the hotel was friendly and courteous the staff ruins the experience there

Didn't like it at all. we came with family and the room had flying insects all night. We had booked the stay for 2 days.. but we cut it short and left the very next day.. They had just person for staff for the night.. and he didn't comply to anything just said complain the next morning. We asked for change of room, but he said.. we are all booked.. but there were hardly 2-3 rooms booked. Terrible experience!

Very Satisfying feel at home and welcoming experience! Perfect location, Neat and clean rooms and washrooms, Clean pool. Staff was very courteous and helpful and was available 24 hrs. They entertained and delivered our requests in heavy rains too. Owner is also very humble and helping. Much recommended! Welcoming and humble behaviour of the owner and staff added to the experience.

cons. very very convenient location. spacious room. available parking budget hotel, good hotel staff. clean swimming pool. kids pool. cons. hot water does not come as expected due to the solar water heater. individual electric water heater not available in bathroom. no elevator.

valuable for money... goa is beautiful, staff are polite and helpfull, bas 1 kami lagi bhoole se bhi include breakfast mat kar lena, restaurant ki kami hai bas hum 4 din ruke humko bas egg bread and poha mila 😁 baaki hotel paisa vasool hai

I was here for three nights, The owner is a nice man and helpful for any advice. Hotel rooms was good, swiming pool was also very nice, so overall a good experience for budget hotel. cannot expect miracle from such a less tariff.

Located in serene Morjim. Hotel is near Morjim beach. Parking available. Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean and spacious. Swimming pool is good and clean. Staff is very supportive. Enjoyed our stay in the hotel a lot.

Overall it was awesome. Only problem was toilet. It smells a lot and flush won’t work properly. Please look into that.
