I recently stayed at a Pong view hotel in Dharamshala for two nights from September 6th to 8th. I booked a premium room with a valley view, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is situated in a very peaceful location, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The food was delicious, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I highly recommend trying their white gravy shahi paneer. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Even though our train arrived late, they allowed us to check in three hours earlier without charging extra. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is located about 500 meters away from the main market, and around 1.5km from dharmshala busstand but they provide cab services. There's also ample parking space, a lounge, and a bar. It a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay and amzing time at the hotel. The view and location are gorgeous . The room were very neat and clean. And the best part of the hotel is its staff. Really hospitable and very helpful and accommodating. And here is a big shout out to the guys on the front desk. Mr Amit and Mr S.Raj among the nicest people to come across. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Very well kept property. Location and view from the room is great. Restaurant serves great food, linen are spotless, rooms are featurefull, mini bar is tastefully compiled, toilet is user friendly, man power are polite and helpful. They take feedback in every step for improvement. Recommend everyone to book a stay.

I upgraded my room to Premium with extra cost which was worth going for. The balcony provided majestic view of the valley. Food was just awesome. Their open air restaurant is a must visit. Hotel staff are also courteous. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We stayed in Deluxe Valley View room, the room was quite spacious, with clean and good washrooms and the view from balcony was worth it. Staff was really helpful, really liked their hospitality. Would definitely recommend staying here

Amazing experience, they provided everything we asked for. Staff is very friendly. Room service is blazing fast. we ordered many things for breakfast and received it within 5-8 mins. Go for it without any hesitation.
