To our delight we were upgraded to a better room. The staff was very couteous. Room quite spacious and we had a direct view of the sea. The rooms were airy and bright. Breakfast was sumptous and good. Loved the space , lawns and the peaceful atmosphere. The resort is well placed between North and south goa. Would love to stay here again. The cosyness and tranquility of the place, ample space and captive beach.

The hotel is premium in every aspect, from property to services, food as well was very good and restaurant by the beach is morning bliss, The location of the hotel is at exact comfort which provides equal distance for North and South part of state, which cut down our travel times by half, travel assistance was on finger tips, I would definitely coming back and recommending this to family and friends.

The resort is far better than what i expected. its well located on a private beach with an awesome beach view restaurant and bar. The sea view cottages are the best with good ambience and facilities. The staffs are always there with a smile to help you. The beach is not in good condition for a bath as the water is always dirty. but its best to enjoy the view.

This is the place where i wanted to visit. I liked everything about this place. The beach was a bit dirty though but you can enjoy your every meal with beach in front of you. You can swim with beach in your eyes. Would like to appreciate the work of restaurant guys too and thier humbleness. Overall a bang on 6/5 stay for me.

Its been one of our best stays here I would definitely suggest one to go for the sea facing rooms as the view is mesmerising We enjoyed the Sunset from their private beach as well as our pool time Overall a wonderful stay

Experience was great. Management was very good. They arranged cabs and rental bikes. Food was really good. Can change the check out time to 10.30 to 11 am. That's the only suggestion.

Amazing resort with perfect view and courteous staff. Walking distance to Dona poula jetty. The only drawback about 5 km from the Panjim main city, but that is good for peace of mind
