Prashant hotel. Having four floor. On Mall road near Lift which takes you to Mall road from ground level where generally drivers drops you. But it is better to advice your driver to drop you at High court parking from where you can use stairs ( ( not much / comparatively more comfortable than using Lift, which we found always over crowded. in this peak season be it morning, afternoon or evening) ) . If want to have room having enough space ( like ours having one sofa cum bed too) having lovely scene from gallery then choose " room with panoramic view" though the same may be little bit expensive. As far as staff of hotel and services concerned, I didn't found any lapses. Waiters are nice and fast in giving services and Manager Mr. Thakur and Mr. Pawan are good in behaviour & polite. Hotel may arrange cab service for you as well. Room ( we at fourth floor) was clean and bathroom as well. That was nice stay with family. If you are going with elderly person then you may like to avoid top floor of course. Rating 5/5. Hygiene Staff behaviour patterns Managers treatment In the Mall road but at same time not near hustle bustle. Having nearby great eateries of all standard in terms of price . I have visited Jashan, Tripti, Nalini, Comb....( full name not remembered) on fourth floor thru lift, Except Nalini you may found other ones little costly depending on your pocket. Pawan

i stayed here for 4 days in january and i must tell you i enjoyed through out, receptionist provided me with the best room in the hotel with balcony, room was good, clean bathroom, clean bed sheet and blankets, service was also good and food was also great, specially paranthas and best thing is its near mall lift, the 1 photo i provided is view from balcony, unfortunately i lost other photos of room as i am reviewing after 10 months

Location is right on mall road, however there is a steep climb involved. I suppose this can be avoided if you choose to take the mall road lift instead, in which case you will just have to deal with the steep flights of stairs at the hotel! Yes there are rooms on the 1st floor, but the view rooms are all at the top. Book the super deluxe rooms which are newly renovated. Staff is good.

Rooms were ok but the hotel was at best location just near the lift. The view from the balcony room was amazing.hot water available 24 hours. The staff was very helpful and reception incharge was very coperative. I defenitely recomend this hotel if u put aside the room quality because they are bit old and best hotel for family and women travellers.

Hotel is very nice .it is near the church.facilities provided by hotel are good.we order food from outside becoz it doesn't have restaurant facility so I don't know about food quality they provide.overall value for money , good stay.

I stayed here for 3 days last week. Hotel is very good with very nice Valley View Rooms. Location is also really good just on the Mall road and near to Tourism Lift. Staff here is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located in mall road. Balcony view is very good in the night and when snow is there. Lot of things are located at walking distance. Room service, staff are good. Food was average.

The double bedroom room is one of a kind. The room is equipped with the basic essentials and gives a modern feel. The stay was very comfortable and would definitely recommend it.
