I have been visiting this hotel almost every month. And i can say i am one of the first few customers who stayed in this hotel since its inception. More or less everything is fine but i am surprised that how come hotel management is not focusing on who shld sit at customer facing role. I have been seriously disappointed at multiple occasions by the very unprofessional or casual behaviour by one of the staff names Saurabh. In my multiple visit i never ever got a affirmative or customer focused response or body language from this person. The way he speaks it sounds like he is doing favour for the customer by allowing them to stay in hotel even if customers are paying the room rent. There had been multiple instance when this guy has spoken like the customer is on his mercy that after paying the hotel charges also they have to act like a humble spectator. I request the hotel owner to immediately look into it otherwise they might loose many regular customers.

location is on main road, hotel is on top 2 floor of a marketing complex, and also has a banquet hall. clean room and ok bathroom, and staff is also co-operative. some of the room has interconnected doors , which was strange, otherwise it is a value for money hotel. TV was not working. response on intercom was not received...

Room & Bathroom is Very well Maintained with All basic amenities Their Reception is at 4Th Floor I was staying in 5 th Floor Room size is enough for single accommodation situated at Main Road Kurji.They have their own restaurant serves both veg-Non veg Menu.
