Had a Worst stay 🤬. My morning started with a terrible noise of lift work going just next to my room 🤬from 8:00 am till 11:40 amInformed hotel Twice to stop but nothing worked finally called goibibo call centre and it stopped.Me and my wife r on 5 days kerala Honeymoon vacation and we were tired from travelling. So booked this hotel to avoid traffic and relax to catch evening flight. Since morning 8:00 am their lift work is going and made a terrible noise WHICH GAVE US HEADACHE 🤯🤯🤯🤯.

The high point is its location just next to the air port. Altogether a good experience because the room was big, neat and clean, staff were extremely polite and nice. However experienced several minor irritants - mini refrigerator wasn’t working, there was as no hot water in the bath room, toilet no menu card in the room, telephone nos were not displayed, no TV DTH channels, no bar - no centralized A/c, didn’t check whether swimming pool was there. it’s too pricey.

The rooms are great. The location is perfect for those who needs to stay close to airport. They provide curtesy airport shuttle too which i think is a great idea to stand out from others. The staff is very professional and polite specially their gate keeper Shallu. 2 things that needs attention are AC as i didnt felt it was very effective and the dustbin in the bathroom was also broken.

this has become my address whenever i visit kochi again. all excellent. one suggestion the washroom floor is slippery and requires wall handles for support especially for sr citizens.

Had a pleasant stay at the Presidency Airport Hotel. The hotel is located right opposite to the Cochin International Airport. Nayana, the receptionist gave us a Wonderful hospitality

easily accessible location to airport is a plus. the air condition and television remotes were not working. average food (which we tried)

split ac was making high noise more than 50 db other than tooth brush nothing was provided in toilet 1500 extra charged for wife stay
