Reception is professional, room service OK, Food OK, Overall a average hotel many other options are available at this price Hotel is not too old as looks like but need maintenance at various front lighting in room is less/2 bulbs are fused. Good hotel near roadways station and at the middle of main market, good staff and clean surroundings. I suggest to come here at least once to feel the experience whenever you will come to haldwani.
