We had booked two rooms through goibibo. We were travelling all the way from kerala and we reached the place only by midnight. When we reached there the gate was closed and the security wouldn't let us in saying there was no booking. We had to argue with him for half an hour after which we called the owner directly. When the security let us in we saw that the booking was recorded in the register and all he could say was he dint notice it. Location and rooms are also not that great

THE HOTEL CHARGED ME THE ROOM TARIFF WITH AIR CONDITIONED ROOM FACILITY.BUT THE AIR CONDITIONED MACHINE NOT WORKED DURING MY STAY.I LODGED COMPLAINED AGAINST THE DISORDER OF THEIR AC MACHINE.BUT THEY COULD NOT REPAIRED AC MACHINE DURING MY STAY.I REQUEST THEM NOT TO CHARGE AC FACILITY ROOM TARIFF FROM ME.BUT THEY IGNORED ME,I HAVE PAID THEM THE ROOM TARIFF WITH AC FACILITY. I REQUEST YOUR GOOD SELF TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AND INFORM ME ACCORDINGLY.

1. AC ROOM STINKING BADLY. CARRY ONE ROOM SPRAY IF U ARE VISITING THAT HOTEL. 2. STAFF NOT COURTEOUS. 3. NO BREAKFAST WAS SERVED AND FOOD SERVED WAS NOT HYGENIC..PLATES WERE NOT CLEAN.** IT DOES NOT FULFILLS THE BASIC AMENITIES AND SERVICES REQUIRED.

इस होटल मे कोई व्यवस्था नही है पानी ठन्डा नहाने के लिये ,बेड पर लेटने पर आवाज करता है बेज थाली हमने लिया जिसमे कोई क्वालिटी नही चावल मे पई व घुन निकले जिसे फेंकना पडा़ ।अतः हम तो यही कहेंगे की इस होटल मे रुकने से अच्छा है कि फुटपाथ पर रात बिता लिया जाय

its good the location and if you need near the diamond harbour road u should stay here and the ac not in every room is good some are good some are the worst i spend here several times . so please dont accept the room no 101 fo the worst ac

the main problem is some portion of side wall is made opaque glass. so at night the light coming from outside of room and disturb the sleep . but the room is k for that price . i did not take any food so i dont the quality of food

The old man on the reception desk was most rude and unfriendly person I have ever seen...Hotel is good but with this type of staff I name it dracula residency...Very bad...
