A retreat in true sense! This is a "go to" place for anyone looking for a quite place away from hustle bustle of the city. The rooms are amazingly spacious with good decor. The buffet breakfast is good and so is the restaurant. The best thing about this place is it's quiet location which has a soothing effect on the body and mind. At the same time this place is just about 20 mins drive from the main town. The only downside is the approach road to the Resort which is broken and full of potholes. But then it is beyond the preview of hotel property and therefore beyond their control. Otherwise definitely a place to wind down and enjoy. Highly recommended!

Loved resort location in the backdrop of Periyar river and fishing nets. Spacious and well built rooms with nice balcony. Really good staff (especially reception folks) always attending to your needs. Above all we were really impressed with kids play area and well maintained greenish ambience where our kid could enjoy most of his time. Thanks team Nihara for a wonderful stay and appreciate your efforts in managing such a great atmosphere despite covid19 challenges.

Excellent property and in good location. Just few kilometers from the City. Food was delicious eventhough price was slightly on the higher side. Excellent rooms, good pool and even other open areas are a well planned and constructed so couples or even family can spend quality time with loved ones.

If I were a hotelier I would love to develop this location. Maintenance was poor, lawns seemed unmoved for a while. Place was clean and tidy but didn't have the gravitas of a nice resort. Pool is really nice. Restaurant had limited food option and food was okay. Lots of mosquitoes.

It was easy to access the location to reach out at the property. Veg and non-veg both food option were available. Swimming pool was there including the spa services. Free WiFi was added an advantage. For the security reason hotel was pretty safe.

The place was clean and well-lighted at night. Restaurant breakfast had limited spread but food was tasty. Rooms are clean and big. No baby food available which is a big disadvantage for us. Done

No words other than spectacular! This resort can't be just a resort or spa, rather I would say it has an ambiance just similar to your home. Very nice place to stay. Wonderful place, no doubt.
