the hotel is very conveniently located at walking distance to all the major sightseeing spots like government museum, jaisalmer fort, kothari's patwon ki haveli, salim singh ki haveli, gadisar lake, etc. i didn't have to hire a taxi, except when i had to go to sam sand dunes for the desert safari. our stay was very comfortable and the manager attended to all our needs when we requested. the food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent. the waiter pavitra mondal was very courteous and prepared food to our taste, as we wanted only jain food. we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel. they have a travel desk and arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. wifi was also good. the one thing missing was a cupboard and a safe for storing valuables. overall a very pleasant experience.

it was a very good stay at the hotel at a very reasonable price. it is located at a very convenient location. the sonar fort, gadisagar lake, market etc are within 2 km distance. rooms are spacious and clean. staff are very cordial. the owner Mr Piyush is a nice person. desert safari is also arrange by the hotel. we were provided with fort view room. restaurant is also good. I highly recommend this hotel.

1.Step near the lift is risky should be highlighted. 2.The door handle of room no.301 was not working properly. 3.There is no small shelf near the shower to keep soap and shampoo. 4.Bathroom stool is of very low height and bucket is small. 5.No newspaper and no complimentary mini bar in the room as stated in the voucher. 6.All Toiletries are not kept in the bathroom after asking given in piecemeal basis.

For the budget travellers to Jaisalmer, it is one of the best property to stay with family and also alone. Hotel is clean in every extent. Staff is very humble and are quick in response to your needs. I think this is one of the best hotels in Jaisalmer, staff is very cooperative, food is also very tasty. The best part of this hotel is it's location, everything is nearby, fort is hardly 5 mins from the hotel, market, Patwo ki haveli is also very nearby. If you are going to jaisalmer then you should book this hotel.

we booked heritage room with breakfast.. Room was good amd has all required amenities. we njoyed our stay.. Gadisar lake and fort is a walking distance from this hotel and food choice is limited but they provide deliciois food we had enough space in a room so that our toddler can enjoy playing inside.

Very close to Gadisar lake. Nice fort view. Very clean. Quick check in process. Need to walk for 500 mts to get to the "fort road" where there are lots of options for food. Car Parking place is available in the property.
