I Loved Everything About the Resort the Location is Near to All The Famous Beaches, Restaurants and Market Place... Anjuna - 2km Vagator - 1.9km Candolim-9.2km Aguada - 14.6km Baga - 4km Clangunte - 5km You will fine more places to visit and have fun as you will have to use one route to all the beaches, restaurants and Markets... About the resort is the flexibility of your check in and check out you will love the interaction with all staff and best part they know all languages to serve u better. We felt Safe... As we entered the property.

Booking was managed very effectively by Goibibo.. Hotel staff is very polite and just a call away. pool Side, restaurant, whole hotel was neat and clean and is nicely managed. Rooms were very neat and clean and are of large size.. The privacy that we get as the rooms are built in such a way that you will not get disturb by adjacent room members

Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there..staff is very active and polite. Their complimentary breakfast was served good. swimming pool is also very nice and clean..place is near to Anjuna beach and they have good space for parking room. Over all it is very good to stay, iam going to stay there next time as well.

It was such a pleasant stay. The resort is perfect for a leisure vacation. Great service. Very clean and beautiful place with amazingly careful and polite staff. Specially, Margaret mam was very helpful in looking after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

The resort is really good. Looks beautiful. Reception staff is very helpful. We took superior pool view room with bathtub. Highly recommend. Pool is decent size. Can enjoy with 5-8 people group. Would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at The Fern Sapzio. Very beautiful and well maintained property. A perfect location in North Goa. The staff was also very kind and friendly. Shall definitely visit again.

This though looks a bit old, it is classic. Stay has been extremely comfortable, but not that luxurious ! pool is small. But suffices. BF Buffet was delicious, dont skip this.
