A paradise in mountains.. first minus points- 1.Reaching is little tough as road is small and not that good. kinda off road drive. 2. For childrens management should place more railings or grills on some points for their safety. 3. Intercom need maintenance. Plus points- 1. Connecting Road is not good but when you reach to resort it's amazing. everything in resort is good. 2. View from Rooms (Valley view) is amazing. specially room no. 701 n 702 (1st floor) 180 degree mountain view. In morning you can enjoy your tea with birds music. 3. Hotel staff is really good. Smiley faces ready to help always.. Suraj @ restro.. and Paras @ housekeeping and all other staffs are very good. 4. Other activities are good and maintained. 5. Room service was good and fast. they provide all accesories like brush,shaving kit, shower cap etc. Towel art was a complimentary. 6. Restro is small but good. Veg Taste was good and price was normal. Breakfast was nice with variety and taste. they provide fresh juice not canned one. 7. Front desk was helpful. Overall resort was really good. They should start railing work on few risky spots and maintain the connecting road. Will I prefer to choose this resort on my next trip?? Yes. definitely YES.

Cliff Resort Munnar... Located near Pothamedu View point is an ossum hotel... The location and view from this hotel is breathtaking... We were sorrounded by fog by 2 in the evening.. The road to the hotel is a bit difficult... You can ask the hotel to arrange pick up they will come and pick you from the bottom road ( the road to the cliff hotel is a bit difficult ) You can view ponmudi dam and idukki dam from here.. Its a 3 star restaurant... Restaurant price is on the higher end and the quality os also good... Some maintaince work was going on by the time of our arrival... You can ask them to arrange indoor activities they will do... If you want peace and ossum view.. Do book this hotel.. Its worth

It was a wonderful experience with our loved ones in cliff resort .Such an amazing place to spend time in vacation.such a peaceful ,romantic and natural valley view resort in our budget.We liked the Roomservice ,Food,spend leisure time in a healthy atmosphere.Campfire,car parking kids playing area was wonderful.Luxurious feel in our budget.you can go ahead and book this resort without hesitation.Have a great time

Room was spacious and upto the expectations. The garden view was spectacular. Staff provided us shuttle as a source of recreation. Hotel has its own sunset point. Food at the restaurant is delicious and bonfire at night is a cherry on the top. Staff exhibited great hospitality alongwith arrangements of transport for commuting.

wonderful experience to stay in Cliff resort. great view from velly view point. all good but only one thing road is very narrow and highest point. one advice make arrow signal showing the root of Cliff resort. food is also good but little bit costly. remaining everything thing great

It's this quaint little place not so far away from city. Loved the room and the food they served in the restaurant as well as for room service, the staff is courteous and helpful and it's very safe for solo traveling. Would love to visit again!

excellent resort and highly recommended from my side. if you are travelling by your own car pls call the receptionist and inform them if you need any assistance on route to the hotel. its on top of a hill.

the resort is very fantastic as I have seen in pictures .the ambience and garden facing rooms are nice it is easily accessible. parking for cars are good. overall I had a wonderful experience at the resort.
