Really very bad experience with this hotel. When our guest reached hotel for check in, front desk staff denied to give room and asked that they did not received the booking confirmation **** asked them to book another*****/- then they booked another room from **** and check in the room... In the morning we talked to ****after that they adjusted the same room... Really very bad experience with this hotel...

The hotel was definitely value for money. The staff was very humble and polite and heeded to our issues quick. Some of the rooms are very good and clean while some not so much. But overall, I would say it definitely is an average hotel inclined a little towards the good side

Very nice rooms, very nice service , very nice behaviour of the staff. Stayed 2 times. Will stay whenever I will visit mohali. Very nice hotel. No words can describe their service and rooms. It's just fabulous.

Location if Hotel is very good and in the centre of Mohali. It is in the centre of Phase 7 and Phase 3B2 Mohali and best place to stay in Mohali.
