very bad experience i stayed in this hotel for official and wht i found they didt give mat outside the wasroom and the walls are broken and dirty they didt provide towel when I check in i call the reception after that they provide torn towel and smelly also my booking have complimentary dinner or breakfast first the staff denied then they said only veg dinner available .

worst hotel, booked a super deluxe room for 3 people, paid 500extra for third people. Still they did not provide quilt for third, they only provided a bedsheet. 3 degree celcius temperature, How one can sleep in bedsheet, no extra bed, no mattress.
