Cleanliness should be rated 0. Extremely unhygienic rooms and wash rooms. Buckets are sticky. I believe they were not cleaned since long. No complementary soap. AC were set at 16. C and no was remote provided. No provision for AC to switch off. No provision of foods in hotel. No one show up at the time of checkout despite of 10 calls made to their numbers.

not even a bottle of water was available neither the service.nobody came at the time of our check out. we left the key in room informed the person by call that we are leaving. on the other hand, room was clean however very small but ambience was ok. only need to work on service.

Hotel R Residency , Shrisailam m kisi bhi tarah ki koi suvidha nahi hai. Tea, Dinner & sudh water ki liye door Jana parta hai.Room & bathroom bhi gande aur bahut chhote hai.service k nam per ek old Man & lady hai .woh log hi hotal k Suraksha aur service dekhte hai.

one of the worst experience. it's totally waste. instead staying in this hotel we can stay in the platform. we can't sit there for one hour. we came out immediately and booked other lodge. Its really bitter experience.

It was too horrible experience to stay at hotel r residency. No reception men is available. No one is picking call and we have to stay out for more than one hour .No clean washroom, piping was not done of washroom. A

This is the worst hotel you can get!! From beds with used sheets to bathrooms that are filthy!! There is nothing good about it from price to hospitality !! Its better to sleep on the roads than to stay with them!

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Filthy, uncleaned rooms, previously used sheets on an unmade bed. Bathroom has mold everywhere. smell is experienced before entering room. I could not stay here.

I had to wait at least 2 hours before anyone could even attend us! Amenities are for the namesake. But unfortunately, there are almost no hotels online in this area so we had to book this.

Worst no care taker in night water supply end in mid night and no body is available to take care .it is too dirty room as well as bath. I wouldn't recommend any person.
