We stayed for 2 nights here. The hotel and restaurant are maintained quite nicely. everything was clean and tidy. But, 1. Room service was slow. 2. There was a lighting problem in the bathroom which was not resolved even after telling reception within 1 hour of arriving. Also, This same problem was faced by some other guests. 3. There were a lot of electricity cuts during our stay. However, the inverter facility was there. 4. North Indian cuisine was average and continental was good. Overall as a family it was a good experience. but please don't expect too much. otherwise you will be disappointed.

Checking experience is avearge. Rooms are large. But overall experience could have been better. This place is coming up. Hotel staff have tried their best but may be management is need to be more supportive. Check in experience could have been better. Despite of late check in, room was not ready though we had informed them to keep the room ready Leaking bathroom: Bathroom was specious but toilet was not properly cleaned, tap was leaking, drainage was overflowing Water Kettle, glass, cup: Not provided and given when asked

worst service before 1 day of check in I had call on the registered that can we get any alternate room for fresh and up as we will reach hotel at 6am they confirmed yes but while we reached they first said that we will provide you room after 12 pm as there is no availability of room then said you have to pay 50% more then only we will provide you room. so please if select this hotel try to record all conversation as they asking for the same that is there any recording available that we had committed anything.

One of the best hotels to stay in Vrindavan! The rooms are comparable to those of 4 or 5-star hotels, complete with excellent heating facilities. The staff is very courteous, and the service is quick and efficient. The food is simply amazing—delicious and reminiscent of homely cooking. The veg haka noodles, in particular, are the best in town! Overall, a truly worthwhile stay that offers great value for money. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Best hotel to stay, go without think.

The biggest problem in the deluxe room which is provided is that there is no cupboard/ closet for hanging clothes Also breakfast which included the only option to eat one item means you have to only one paratha if you selected to eat paratha and if you eat the second paratha you have to pay Rs.110 for each paratha in breakfast. And you don't have the option to eat anything else. I Hope Hotels clearly mentioned these things....

Premises is neat and clean. Staff is polite, friendly and responsible. I informed the hotel staff that my check in will be at 3am and I am travelling with my mother, staff kept a track and kept calling me so that I don't face an issue locating the hotel or about anything as I got late to check in by 2 hours. My overall experience is fantastic 👌 Even I would like to call it the best affordable hotel in vrindavan.
