Radisson Hotel Vrindavan - A Welcoming Retreat with a Minor Challenge When I first booked my suite at the Radisson in Vrindavan for a three-day stay, I didn't anticipate that I'd feel so at home that I'd end up extending my stay for an additional six days. My time here was a blend of comfort, attentive service, and culinary delight, though there is one area the hotel could work on to truly elevate the experience. From the start, the warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, with special mention to Vinay, who demonstrated exceptional dedication. Vinay’s prompt and courteous response to even the smallest requests made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. In an industry where service makes all the difference, his attentive approach was a highlight of my stay. The food was another delight, thanks to Mukesh’s expertise in leading the culinary team. Sattvic food, designed to be pure and simple, can sometimes lack flavor, but the chefs here proved otherwise, delivering dishes that were rich in taste without sacrificing the essence of sattvic principles. Every meal was a pleasure, nourishing both the body and the palate in a way that left a lasting impression. However, one aspect of the hotel experience could use improvement: the drainage stench that occasionally permeated the vicinity, especially around the hotel’s entrance. This issue, stemming from drainage lines just outside the hotel, occasionally seeps into the lobby area despite the hotel’s efforts to mask it with air fresheners. As someone who looked forward to a stroll after dinner, this persistent odor often discouraged me from stepping outside. While the staff’s attempt to curb it was evident, I feel a more permanent solution would significantly enhance the comfort and ambiance of the property. In summary, Radisson Hotel Vrindavan has all the makings of a serene and welcoming retreat, with courteous staff, outstanding food, and a warm atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Once the drainage issue is addressed, this hotel will surely rank among the most enjoyable stays in Vrindavan.

My stay at Radisson Hotel Vrindavan was a mixed bag. The hotel's interior and amenities were truly impressive, offering great value for money. The rooms were well-appointed, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. However, the location was a bit of a challenge due to traffic restrictions, making it tricky to navigate with a car. The coffee shop's menu was limited, and the taste was just average. Room service was a major letdown - it was slow and lacked attention to detail. Despite these issues, the hotel's strengths outweigh its weaknesses. With a bit of improvement in service and location accessibility, Radisson Vrindavan could easily shine brighter. Overall, a decent stay, but some areas need attention.

It's a recently opened hotel. I would say largely the rooms are clean, good facilities provided in the room. The breakfast buffet is very nice. One small thing which I didn't like is that for room service we needed to call couple of times in the reception to get the service. This part they can definitely improve. Also few fixtures in the bathroom are not fitted properly. I can see that there's a small gap between tile and water faucet which is installed on that tile. This can be improved I didn't get the chance to visit swimming pool. They can introduce some small area for small kids to play Good staff behaviour, good food

when you enter hotel you, you can smell sewage.. after entering hotel things are as normal as in any hotel.. in room washroom was not equipped with dustbin and basic hygiene. water was salty and was not even soap was not coming out. topping was construction within hotel started early in the morning with loud dropping sounds which literally scared me for once. overall it wasn’t a pleasant but okay. but i am sure i could have found other hotels cheaper and better than this
