I was very excited about the stay here at rahgir as i booked a room to get comfortable. But there was no host at the property a small boy aged around 16 after checking our booking status he showed us 2rooms and ask we can occupy any one of it, we chose one room & asked him about the wifi password he said us the password but also said that there is a powercut at the property and the power will resume in 5-7mins and then we can use the wifi service & other service like fan geezer etc. but there was no power supply for 3.5hrs and we had to move out for lunch as we couldn't bear the heat in the room. We again asked the small guy that what can we get to eat at the kitchen as we are starving he said the kitchen is not working & if we want to eat something he suggested some cafe so we can go there to eat. The service all written in the description are nothing for real, when we returned to the hostel the electricity came but again the snall guy said us that "wifi recharge khatam ho gaya h sir phone nhi utha rahe h recharge wahi krte h " The bed was not clean there were long bunches of women hair on the bed under the blanket and many more things. I was very disappointed from the stay. I hope the team does well in future to run the property

our stay at Rahgir was comfortable and lovely. hosted by good helpful people , they have a very cute pet dog too.🤍 you'll get everything near by , the area has good vibes away from traffic and dust.

Clean rooms and supportive staff. Best location- All the tourist places are nearby. Top recommendation for dharamshala.
