The hotel is well maintained and located in the centre of the city. The USP of the hotel is the large room with good natural light and large windows (with blackout Curtains) The staff took good care of us and the breakfast spread was also nice and fresh. Staff's response Good Breakfast Spread

Hotel staff was good, room was clean and comfy, bathroom was super clean with basic amenities, Restaurent staff was really quick and food was value for money. (Please upgrade the old AC's) Really comfy room and have everything in it so you don't have to go outside.

The hotel, Rains Inn was good. Staff members are cooperative and courteous. Service was good. Relaxing place. Work pieces made up of bamboo which adds good aesthetics to the room. Stay was fantastic.

One of the best hotel is located at mid of Paltan Bazar. Restaurant is nice which serves tasty & delicious foods. Bar is also available. Staffs behaviour is nice.

Net and clean. Food quantity can be increased. Very small amount. One course is not enough for 1 person. Altogether it's qgood.
