There is no parking facility in the hotel. So if you are coming by your own car park your vehicle in municipality parking. Hotel is very near(5 mins walk) to major attractions like city palace, bagore ki haveli.The view of lake from hotel is also very good.Interior of the room is just amazing.There is only one person who is handaling all the work- Jassu Bhai, but he is very good at his work. There are not many options for the breakfast.There is no restaurant in hotel, but there 2-3 restaurants just near to the Raj Niwas which serves yumm food and gives you a great view too. Though if you are not getting a great deal from goibibo for this hotel, it is worth the money. you will have a peaceful and pleasent stay at this hotel. highly recomendded to families and group of friends.

Its a decent hotel with only 3 huge rooms located a right on the lake of Udaipur.Great location- walking distance from city palace, jagdish temple, lake pichola and bagore ki haveli. great room, great view, but no restaurant for lunch and dinner. Jassu caretaker is also helpful but since he single handedly manages everything, you need to have some patience. Breakfast is not served as buffet and very limited i think they should add some more items. Recommended...

...Surprisingly with with all confirmed voucher I checked in toRajniwas they denied room and informed me my booing was cancelled on 7-10-17. How can it be possible to cancel when I have not paid the money more ever you have not informed me about cancellation on the same day.....

it was indeed lovely experience.. beautiful rooms with lovely decor. jassu bhaiya is hero of hotel Raj niwas.. it's situated near lake with rooftop restaurant.. it was peaceful stay for my family family safe ..and atmost caring Jassu bhaiya

will not recommend if you are traveling by car as approach to hotel is almost impossible by car & there is no parking,you will need to park car at a municipal parking nearby......well the view from room & interiors of room will amaze u...

Raj niwas is one of my favorite hotel now. The rooms are very nicely done. Interiors are pure rajastjani yet its modern. It was a pleasent stay.
