hotel was good and cozy rooms just you need to walk to hotel thorough very steep slanting road.Also staff was ok, but facilities in hotel was not upto mark and for a glass and toiletries we have to call and ask from reception.kettle was dirty asked to clean, instant room coffee tea were not there, when asked they said it is not included in our rooms. overall ok experience.

Our stay at Rajmahal was exceptional. The staff is really couterous and helpful..they catered to our every need. The family suite was perfect for 4 people to stay. Food is great 👍🏻 The location is convenient as it is situated uphill from mallital. Parking is available at the property. Highly recommended 👌🏼

the overall experience was good. however there were few issues - >wifi was not consistent >the sound quality of the television was poor >it looked overprized >we had to climb around 300 meters uphill to reach at an overall level, the stay was great and is recommended

1sty Road to reach is too tight, risky, and steap that is very impossibly too reach at the hotel. secondly hotel resturant staff wake up at 8 am and before that you will not be served anything not even tea or coffee and they not even provide tea coffee pouches

Property looks ok and near to mall road but if you going by your own car, don't think to park it to the property coz it's really hard to park the car and drive at property it's on high

excellent place with great amenities! we were unable to find the hotel and the manager personally escorted us in car ! food is equally awesome. must stay in nainital!

1 drawback is approach road to the hotel is very steep so is very difficult to take your car to the Hotel parking.
