Good location. Central, and egmore stations are just 3 km radius. we can take a metro rail for just under rs 50 to the airport. Uber was always available with in 5 minutes. . Neat rooms. It was spacious too. We have complimentary water, tea& coffee too. Bath room toiletries like soap, shampoo, lotion , comb and dental kit is available. An iron table is there but the iron box was not in the stand. May be on request we may get. Laundry service is good. Generally sthe north indian staff seems to be Polite . A few Tamil speaking staff at thee conference room seems to be rude with fellow workers. They seem to be be careless with some guests too. Allowed an early check in. Good restaurant. Decent breakfast spread. The bar is good. But the happy hours are only for indian liquors and not for imported ones. The pool is small but there is a poolside restaurant in the evening. The function halls though small its good. There is also a small roof garden with artificial grass. Mosquito menace is something the Chainnai in general need to address . There are mosquitos in the rooms and even on the top floor.They are upgrading the hotel now. Early check in. Moderate cost of the room. Facilities.

I stayed at Ramada Egmore Chennai with my family for a day, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was the spacious, king-sized, lavish rooms that were well-maintained and comfortable, ensuring a cozy and relaxing stay. What stood out most was the excellent service and the hospitality of the staff. A special mention to Mr. Arun Kumar, who was exceptionally helpful during check-in and check-out, ensuring everything was seamless and hassle-free. The rest of the team was equally attentive, kind, and accommodating, especially toward my child and parents, making us feel truly welcomed. The food at Symphony Restaurant was absolutely awesome! The variety and taste were excellent, making our dining experience memorable. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool as we didn’t have enough time, but it looked very inviting. Overall, the stay was perfect, and I highly recommend Ramada Egmore for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience in Chennai. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future visits.
