Our stay was good we had a pleasant time. Staff was courteous and gave us the room that we requested for. We wanted to use the pool but cleaning was going on at the official pool timings and we requested them to extend the timing since they are cleaning during open hours of the pool but they refused so we had to go the next morning. The bathroom got locked on its own a couple of times which was difficult to unlock from inside and outside both and if we didn't lock it, the door would slide open on its own. Fridge was not cooling enough, we asked them to check but they said this fridge is not for cooling but only for keeping your beverages as it is. Other than all of this our stay was pleasant and fun.

i would not say it was a very great stay at the property. by the time we reached it was around 7pm and the swimming pool was closed and it was informed that it would open at 7am but cleaning was happening at that time. the bathroom door was not locking from inside and also from the outside. the fridge was not cooling, the rooms were small.near to the reception in an open area where people were consuming alcohol which looked not good especially when you have elderly and kids in your family. the staff was very polite while talking. location is also not good. overall i would not strongly recommend to saty unless someone does not have any option

Came to Indore for a cricket tournament and stayed at this property with my team. We met the Quickstyle team who were also touring India and staying at our property. We had opted for a Hollywood room which was bigger and more comfortable than other rooms of our team mates. Overall a comfortable experience with rooms being clean and staff being responsive. Bigger room size of the Hollywood room.

Good experience staying at Ramada, staff was good and supportive. Appreciate early check in by the Hotel staff is bang on. Love to stay again when i am in Indore next time. Keep it up guys😊 Quiet workplace, spacious rooms, away from the traffic noise and area around the hotel is good for morning running.

House keeping services are very poor no communication from room to reception no response very poor housekeeping well hygiene and good food good ambience room toiletries and not provided in the room always demand like dental kit, comb, etc.
