We stayed at this hotel since we had to attend a get together at PYC. Proximity to PYC is the reason we selected this hotel. However, we really got hospitality more than our value for money. Friendly staff, amazing food spread for breakfast and buffet dinner, clean rooms. Though there was an issue with check in due to some system glitch, the staff politely explained the situation to us and ensured that we were comfortable. We really also enjoyed the jacuzzi experience. Only missing point was the cleanliness of the tub and jacuzzi. But housekeeping got that resolved too.

superb quality maintained. we had taken executive room. space was sufficient for three adults. room and bathroom was very clean and hygienic. i stayed for two days with my family. we ordered in room dining. food was delicious and served in very presentable way. staffs are very good and helpful. they allowed us for early check-in. buffet breakfast has lots of items. they have valet parking. overall experience is excellent. i recommend this hotel to everyone. it is very clean, safe and at the centre of city. it's a value for money.

we reached at 11.30pm. front desk was very cooperative & gave us a good room within 5 mints. check in was effortless & very smooth. housekeeping was very prompt to place extra bed. excellent & cozy room. breakfast spread was very elaborate with many options. we had buffet dinner at Terrace & Sunday brunch also. Hotel location is very good . Main Market hub is walkable distance.

Clean hotel Friendly staff You get what you see Rooms are spacious Help is always available Decent breakfast buffet Mr Bhagwat ensured sheets and towels are changed from time to time. Ms Bijata ensured we were well attended to during the breakfast service. Overall a pleasant experience We would definitely visit again.

it was good experience overall, Infinity pool was stellar. Morning Breakfast spread, Bathtub & cleanliness are other pros. don't expect view from room if you are on 4th floor Grand room is big enough to occupy couple with toddler

it was comfortable stay with extremely polite and helpful staff. i had a really nice pasta made at 1 am and to my specification. the person taking orders - suprabhat was very warm and welcoming even though it was late at night!
