Superb stay experience in the hotel. We got a surprise and horror when we landed at Madurai when our original booking at another hotel through Agoda was revealed by the hotel as No Rooms. In night at a unfamiliar city gave the goosebumps for me as my family and kid was also accompanying. When we started search in goibibo , we came across Ramrathna Residency and seeing the reviews, we booked it at fair decent price that too on same day booking. We drove to Ramnatha Residency. Though the Google map to the hotel is little off-road due to Madurai's traffic diversions and the hotel being little bit off the road, but when we reached the hotel it was a blessing. Very nice rooms, amenities, spacious parking , proximity to Main road, many restaurents nearby, a big Saravana Store, and finally too helpful hotel staff. I was truly rescued in the situation and i will surely recommend the hotel for a calm and peaceful stay. The food was awesome especially the morning buffet breakfast and my kid also loved the cuisine. Thank you Ramrathna and goibibo for giving us a excellent staying option.

The stay at Ramrathna Residency was great. We enjoyed our stay and rooms were neat and clean. Booked this hotel at the last moment as we were travelling. Rooms are not that big, but its enough for a family. Service was great including neat and clean beds, towels, pillows etc. We had requested additional pillow/toothbrush/bathing soap and it was provided very quick. The guy at reception was very helpful (I forgot to ask his name). You can park the vehicle very safe infront of the hotel or at their parking space. Its safe and secure. The complimentary breakfast was just great. Poori/iddli/vada was yummy. I would highly recommend this hotel for all kind of travellers. You will not regret staying here for sure. Thanks to the whole team of Ramrathna.

positive: 1.we had a very smooth check in and checkout experience 2. near to matuthavani bus stand 3. had Amazon prime in room 4. breakfast was good 5. wifi range in room was full 6. speed of internet was nearly 30 Mbps , but average was around 25 Mbps 7.behind Meenakshi mission hospital negative: 1.the road to the property is little off road conditions, and construction is going on 2. we had a slight difficulty finding the road to the property as the entrance is very small like 15 ft wide Rd

I had reached the hotel 4 hours earlier, and the front office declined to check me in. Eventhough I had booked and paid for 2 nights, I had told them that I would stay for only one night and checkout 18 hours before scheduled checkout. Eventhough they agreed for checkin, they asked so many questions, like a conditional bail prisoner. courtisy was missing in front office. Otherwise the hotel and resturant are good , clean, and hygene.

Neat and clean room, bathrooms for the price paid. Hotel has limited queen/king beds, they will join two beds if you request. Manageable for one night stay Breakfast is ok, don't expect lavish buffet breakfast spread. Parking is available at basement, and around building. Friendly staff. Recommended if you are staying with family.

we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Location is little far from Meenakshi Amma temple but is near to private bus stand. Decent stay for one night and good for family. Checkin and check out was smooth. They have car parking. Approach road was not good but manageable. Nothing was special for couple but it's safe for couple

Had booked for my father. My father was impressed.The hotel is behind meenakshi mission hospital and its well connected to the bye pass as well as to the city. amenities are good thouugh not great.

this is property with very good infrastructure. new construction. But there is shortage of staff. services are poor at moment. it takes lot of time even to bring tea. Rooms are good and clean.
