Really happy to select this hotel for my 3 night stay in Munnar. They upgraded my room to deluxe with no extra charge. Room was clean with all basic features. Room had nice view from balcony. Breakfast is the one which I liked the most. Variety of options are available and with great service. On top of this manager was very friendly. He was very helpful in anything you ask for. Staff's were so kindly at the same time. It's location is yet another positive point, near to town and many restaurants.

This was such a cost place to stay. It is very safe, comfortable hotel with ultimate staff working there. They have very clean rooms. I reached Munnar by car from Punjab by spending three tiring days of driving and found this place very relaxing. Resuming my India tour by moving to Allepey from here. Hotel staff guided us everything so well for our further journey to backwaters too. Perfect place. We will surely come again.

1) Good location, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, safe if you're travelling in a group of women 2) basic amenities and cleanliness was good 3) the staff was polite and nice, provided us with an iron at request 4) breakfast was alright the only cons were: 1) pure veg breakfast, not even eggs were available

Amazing staff , well cultured people, definitely they will exceed your expectations , lovely people .... room ambience is superb , even security guys are polite and helpful.. restaurant people will help you with customised food, u just say and ul get it with smile... Good work guys keep it up!!!

That was a perfect stay in Munnar with Red Sparrow's nice hosting. Pleasant climate with perfect lodging made the day enjoyable for us. This resort would be my best choice for lodging even the next time😊. Will come to Munnar the next time just to stay in Red Sparrow.

For a moderately priced hotel, this is very good. My 3 day/2 nights stay was very comfortable. The helpdesk / reception was very helpful in providing required information and also looking into all my requests. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
