Overall good experience in resort. Looks exactly how you see in pictures. PROS:1. Very spacious rooms (We took courtyard rooms on ground floor which has a big private sit out area on the backside) 2. Pool was very good and big. 3. Food that we orders during the stay was good. 4. Room Service for in room dinning was fast and good. CONS:1. The biggest issue is location. It is quite far from Udaipur city and way inside from main roads on Badi lake area (we generally prefer peaceful but this was quite inside). You must have your own vehicle to stay here and commute to main sightseeing locations. 2. Check-In process was very chaotic. The people in reception had no clue about which room we booked. Also, seemed very confused. I guess their main staff was on leave due to extended Holi. We went just 2 days post Holi. 3. Day restaurant experience was bad. I guess again may be the actual staff in restaurant was on leave due to post Holi days. But we saw good staff from day 2. They were well trained and promot. From day two our service was great. 4. SPA - They call it resort and SPA. this was the most disappointing thing in resort. Spa area was always dumped with Laundry and things. Most is the time, house keeping staff would pile up all dump right at the door of SPA. Did not have staff to manage the Spa. only one lady who was available during the day. A big area of improvement. Or simple they should remove resort and spa from their branding. 5. No I door games for kids. other than pool and some cycles there is nothing to do for kids. place is very far so you can't take kids around easily. They should add some in door games area. 6. Breakfast could have been better. They served Idli sambhar on both days. Of course some other times were there too but they can certainly work on Quality and offer more options. Over room was spacious. Pool was good. Service for in room dinning was very good.

great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. everything about the hotel was exceptional. food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. room itself was well equipped and comfortable. i was very pleased with my stay. i hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Resort food quality is not good and some amenities are not available at resort Iike a bar pub and no indoor games And on booking time show late check-out is available for free subject to availability but receptionist are denied for late check-out even rooms are vacant They are charge rs.3000 for only 2 hour late check-out

10/10 service 10/10 vibe 10/10 courtesy Stayed with family, my son really liked the resort and especially the pool area. The only thing I would appreciate is that the access road could be better, but that is beyond the control of resort. the amenities, the vibe and the courtesy of the staff.

I stayed at this property for three nights so ambience was very peaceful. It is located amount mountain, food was delicious and staff was very cooperative. I will recommend this hotel for other who want peaceful resort.

Hotel is located a bit outside but this is good as you are away from city hassle.Rooms are very spacious and front desk behaviour was also very good,they didnt event charge for the milk which we asked for our kid.
