Room was okay, probably didn't change the pillow covers, provided towels on demand. Staff was very quick in delivering stuff to the room. Breakfast was provided in the morning. The location is close to the airport but the area around won't make you feel luxurious. People were smoking in their room and it was filled in the corridor while we were leaving. Otherwise we didn't have any trouble, overall it was positive

The room was OK not like the photos, service was extremely bad, they serve breakfast in the hotel across the road and there isn't enough tables and is dirty. They made us pay for a meal in the restaurant that we had paid for, but as we paid in cash they had no record of it. Also all the electricity socket in the room didn't work when we turned the lights off. Will never be back to this hotel

It was a great experience it has been! Very beautiful hotel... The staff is very helpful. Rooms are super nice... Delicious breakfast.. Would recommend it to everybody.. Loved the rooms as they are very large and comfy.. The bath joining the room makes it really special.. I really like the service given by Housekeeping..

I checked in early this morning directly from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, and I must say that my stay at Viva Palace, Mahipalpur has been delightful. From the reception to the room, I was greeted warmly and made comfortable despite the early hour. I will definitely be coming back. A happy guest

I had a brief stay at this location as my flight was delayed and the airlines arranged accomodation at this place. Overall its a nice hotel but the best part is its food. Really liked the food over here and the hospitality and dedication of the restaurant employees.
