One of the third class Hotel I have ever seen in my life. no service, zero customer concern and over charged for everything, from food to early check-in and late check-out. worst experience, pls don't go. no maintenance of rooms and washroom is also bad. Absolute waste. if we order any food item, especially breakfast it will take minimum to minimum a hour and with to some item they don't understand and some item they forgot. no professionalism. pathetic. don't go.

Coolest place to visit in chennai ecr nearest beach room food is super ... All cinema theme based rooms will come again soon .. Reception saranya very helpful to guide us to reach near tourist places.. Security person helped for parking and manager lenin who is the best i seen ever in other hotels because he is available from morning till night to serve guest wishes realy a hardwork person management luck

Very very poor service in clearing, food, NO hot water. During check in and check out luggages was not shifted from gate to room and room to gate. Complimentary food and snacks are not good. Reception person Mr Nagarajan behaviour is not good Never stay in this hotel. Total waste of money. Due to poor services, I got late on my first day of job. from my side *ZERO* ⭐

nice, superb ambiance, especially the swimming pool🏊♂️, rooftop garden restaurant was great, bath tub was working partially, cold water not comingnoiseless, calm atmosphere, comfortable and courteous service, food was little spicy otherwise okay in quality and quantity

worst ever stay, no invoice extra paying for early check in. but he uploaded his name in this app no extra for earlier check in. after booking that hotel person called me and asked 1500. no one support from goibbo side also so don't lose your money in such a property.

This room is totally unsafe, we have valuables and the windows are not sealable balcony is easy accessible by outcomers, we were worried whole night with improper sleep, geyser doesn’t works and they want us to adjust with cold water There were cockroaches

The hotel has flexible check-in timing, but when we checked in, the hotel reception person asked us for extra charges. The only reason we booked this hotel is for its flexible check-in timing. So disappointed.

they have to improve wrt cleanliness of bedsheet, towels, bed covers and pillow covers. uncleaned bed covers, pillow covers were provided. which is extremely bad.

Overpriced... They don't even have hot water supply in rooms. When asked for same, they said they ll bring in bucket... Worst than even road side 500Rs lodges
