The hotel tries its best to serve you. They have a few problems in every room, but they respond to your complaints and address them asap. I will tell you my story: I was allotted a deluxe room on the top floor, which had a smell and the shower was not working. We complained and they replaced the shower and cleaned the room immediately. In the evening the smell came back, and we asked for a room change. They upgraded us to the family suite at no charge. They have a pool, a game room with TT table, Fooball table, jenga, carrom and other games.

I travelled with family and reached Udaipur at 8 AM and check in at the hotel was 1:00 PM as per hotel policy. We were allowed check in without extra charges and the entire staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is in located in outskirts of the city and has its own advantages. Two tourist attractions ( Sajjangarh Fort and Biological Park ) are near to the hotel and a must visit. The food was decent and one will have good time on their stay.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I really wonder why inspite of being such an super excellent hotel, this hotel's ratings are only 3.8 on goibibo. Sparkling clean hotel and room, amazingly superb modern bathroom, centrally ac hotel, wonderful breakfast full of varities, rooms are really biggy, swimming pool is nice, location near monsoon palace(sajjangarh). Blindly book this hotel. You won't regret.

I must say this is the best hotel at affordable cost. all the facilities are just awesome.. breakfast is too good including so many varieties like live dosa, omelette, boiled eggs, idli sambhar, poha, upma, muffins, cereals, cut fruits, chhole bhature and so many. staff is very supportive and nice. rooms are neat n clean. ambience is also good.

Very nice Hotel, food is good 👍😊 The only distance issue, so far from Central Udaipur (Old Udaipur), hotel location is near Sajjan Garh Fort. Cool place, family enjoyed 😃, also available children's game space, like Carom, Chess, Table Tennis etc. Swimming pool on the first floor. Rooms are clean, staff are polite and friendly.

The Hotel is nice. The staff is really Polite. Initially faces some issues with the room, but Staff Member - Sidharth had been really helpful. I highly recommend staying here in this hotel if you are in udaipur. All the good places are really close to this hotel.

Hotel stay was comfortable. Rooms were spacious. The location is bit inside, but you can have a city view as well as lake pichola from terrace. The food was good and spread for buffet was decent. parking is available inside premises. Courteous staff.
