when we personally tried to book non AC room, manager said no room available. when we said it's available on Goibibo he said try on that your payment will not be processed. when we booked non AC room on Goibibo he said I will not give as non AC room not available, you pay additional 600 and take AC room. we contacted Goibibo. even manager said to Goibibo person that non AC room not available but finally he agreed to give room after long discussion with Goibibo person. but finally what we got was non AC room. means the manager was lying that non AC room non available. In room TV was there but no channels subscribed so it was as good as no TV in room. room was ok. cleanliness was ok. hotel location is very near to Kathgodam railway station.

There are not many options for a stay near Kathgodam railway station which was our requirement. Hotel is decent enough with clean rooms and to an extend hygienic bathrooms. Food here is admirable. To concur, we had a pleasant stay as we had booked the hotel only for transit. I would not suggest a stay here if you are looking for luxury.

In d mor when we wake up at 5am, there is no water in tap.. Hv to wait fr 30min for the water supply... When we arrived at 11 pm and reception they don't hv any notice abt my booking... I called them in the mor for late checkin but they didn't convey the msg to d guy at nt duty... Prblm solved after showing d ** ticket

1. Beware of room no. 115. The door goes stuck and need approximately 150 calories to open. 2. You've to worry about your drinking water otherwise they'll not going to ask you about this. 3. If taste is the prior thing to you then you can have the food from here 4. For photos, check my previous review on this inn

Details of the hotel. 1.Very close to railway station you can walk from railway station. 2.located on main road. 3.if you are travelling to Nainital it vl good for only night stay. 4 You need to inform prior to hotel for food. 5.Food is good.

They didn't provide any facilities like tv water even they charged for water .I am very disappointed for way of talking by hotel owner.Next time I will not book any hotel from this app. Very worst experience of hotel .

Nice Hotel, Value for Money, Good Restaurant and Bar inside hotel with nice food preparation, supporting staff. location wise good , you can get transport for Bheemtal or Nainital just outside to hotel.
