It was the first time a horrible experience staying in Goa. The property is on the roadside. Around 20 mins distance from Baga beach. The rooms are big but it was so unclean. Toilets were smelling when we checked in. They gave us a room where the balcony was in such a position that the laborers working in the neighboring building was just in front of our balcony so we requested to change the room and so they sent us to the opposite side building and we had to cross the road every time to access swimming pool or restaurant. The swimming pool is small and no music Very bad breakfast . No spread at all . Even they charged for taking a glass of fruit juice. And the room service is pathetic . After 2 nights also they were not willing to change the bed sheet. High prices for food. Rice dal and aloo bhaji is of Rs 400 . In short i have visited Goa more than 12 times but this hotel gave me the worst experience .

i have booked a deluxe room but initially they have allotted a normal room.when i object they have shifted to a different room. photos does not met in realityservice is horribleac remote does not work properlyintercom does not work
