    Hotel receptionist is polite and very helpful. He is very informative and makes sure his customers get the best experience. About the cabin ...bed is very well made and comfortable with curtains to maintain your privacy.(But no curtains are provided for top beds...so you have to choose between privacy and fan). There is no restaurant available in or near the hotel so make sure you make necessary arrangements as per your need prior travelling here.. bathroom is cleanest with Gyser..and drinki ...more

    Location is good. Service is good. But they do not let you use AC until they get enough bed sold out. And they don't have iron or smoking room as mentioned.

      Hotel receptionist is polite and very helpful. He is very informative and makes sure his customers get the best experience. And most importantly the view from the glass of the hotel where you can see the busy traffics of Surat..☺️
