no cleaning, no geaser or hot water for shower. no shower working, no toilet water dispenser. manual water flow and no arrangements for shower. no drinking water and shop for after toilet

A lot of maintenance required in room, specially in bathroom because flush doesn't work, taps are not properly fitted walls and floor are dirty even at arrival in both bathroom and room, TV doesn't work (was not required for us but still it should be in working condition and should be clean at least). Cupboard and the stand below the mirror are not fitted properly and shakes when you touch it or keep something on it. Table below the TV is too dirty. my stay was disappointing due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. the room was dirty, water fittings were leaking, and mosquitoes were a constant nuisance. to top it off, no towels or bathing kits were provided, and a dirty rag was left in the room. overall, the experience was far below acceptable standards and needs immediate attention.

It was overall a good experience. best part was the free pickup arranged by the hotelier at 4:00 am. looking forward to stay at your place again.
