1:- Hospitality good in terms I was called by the host directly before checking.2:- Location is quiet inside and has to be looked at thoroughly, time-consuming.3:- Room was ok not hotel type, with two separate beds.4 :- Washroom is separate and common for like 4 or 5 rooms , though they have three or four washrooms.5:- Utensils and gas was present in kitchen to warm or cook food.6:-Room was located in third floor and stairs were quite uncomfortable.7:- Balcony attached to Room was awesome and go ...more

This is a homestay without attached bathroom / toilet, so be prepared for this. Clean property. They offer towers too. Value for money.

Not comfortable for girls. No privacy. No arrangements of food. You have to depend on zomato or swiggy. Share toilets with others as they are not attached to rooms. Most importantly walls between rooms are not made up brick and mortar rather iron sheets. You can hear people talking in other rooms clearly. Overall I had a bad experience hence do not reccomend.

neat and clean, felt nice and fresh. there is a balcony with an amazing view. I enjoyed the rains a lot. had come for an interview.

Would like to stay again in my next visit to Doon. All the staff is very humble, helpful. Place is having homely environment. Neat and Clean.

before this place opened, I used to go to clock tower and stay when I used to come to IT park for work. One night it was very late and I landed up here. Just 2 mins drive from IT park.
For the price I am paying, I am very satisfied. Neat, and professional, only thing is there is no TV in the room, maybe thats a plus point too. The host is good, and The food is very homely, non spicy and no so much oil. I will definitely stay here in my work visits.

Beside IT park dehradun I think this is the only decent hotel in 1 km radius. It was a 5 minute walk from IT park and very cozy and nice. And I must compliment super clean. I came here with 2 other friends, all of us were satisfied. The blankets were hotel quality, and we had a fridge, microwave, & kettle to ourselves. There were other travelers too, some from abroad. And we all had a nice long chat in the wonderful balcony. I recommend this place. Amazing host.

I am a teacher and I travel for work purpose, before booking any place I make sure that it is a woman friendly neighbour hood. Just opposite adidev homestay is a girls hostel with 60 girls. So the area is super safe for women traveler. The homestay was neat and clean. It is not like other homestay, where you live inside with other people.
