    pathetic experience with this hotel, lot's of insects like mosquito and other in the room ,room is not clean bedsheets not clean ,when I complaint to employee for mosquito he demand money from me for purchase for mosquito agarbatti 😂

    the room allotted to me was of poor standard for the fact that the sink was leaking and the water from the bathroom was flowing into the room where the bed was kept. The bath towel, though fresh from laundry, was a torn due to excessive use. The garbage bin was dirty. in view of the above shortcomings, we may think twice to stay in the hotel, even in the capacity of individual leave alone as a family.

    nice stay location just behind Tamrakar temple everything is near by walking distance.......staff very humble and cooperative

    Felt cheated, totally fraud hotel.Manager or owner (Mr Singh, I don't know who was he) talk like a cheap and road side hotel manager. My whole trip got spoiled due to them. I had booked and stay in more than hotels in India but found this type of hotel first time. I booked for two days and called hotel on the same day and they said your room is reserved. When I reached hotel, they said we can't give you for two days as all rooms are sold out. When I said that I booked and paid the room 10 days ...more

    Location was ok but little bit difficult to reach. The rooms were pretty good. Staff was fine. Services were all good. Overall the stay was fine.
