    We had a bad experience. null of the locks in the room 811 was working. We got delayed multiple times during our stay due to the poor management of room maintenance. On day 1 we couldn't go out on time since the main door lock was taken out. On the second day my husband was stuck in the bathroom for over 30 mins making it a scary experience. Meanwhile I had to use another guests washroom. On being informed we were given an apology and a dinner voucher at their property which we may not visit again in near future. Would definitely need a compensation for the poor experience.

    Had a good experience while staying at this property. The staff is courteous and promptly handles the requests. Hotel room needs a bit of upgrade considering other newer properties with better modern rooma. TV definitely needs an upgrade to a bigger size and Entertainment Channel availability should be better. Limited channels. Price could be better. Locations is excellent considering it's proximity to thr Ameerpet Metro Station. Convenient for people traveling to explore Hyderabad. Good connectivity from this Metro Station to all popular locations within Hyderabad.

    First they gave room number 707 that room is Executive But I Booked Superior. then I asked them to give me Superior Room but they gave me Superior Room no 402. when we enter the room Full of Smoke Smell is coming. I asked them full of smoke smell is coming they send room freshners. Tv is not working they send technician and fridge is not working. i felt very bad with the room and their services too.

    Old rooms , worst bathrooms they changed my room twice but same condition.bugs and cockroaches in bathroom all water of bathroom coming in room tiles slope issue .Average aircondition
