    First of all I want to mention that we booked for 2 nights with complementary breakfast and complementary lunch or dinner. On the first day we checked in at 1.30 pm. When we ordered for a complementary lunch but, they refused us and said we have to take only complementary dinner , not lunch. After complaining to Goibibo, after that they are offering us a complementary lunch and the time was already 2.30 pm. So , it is not a good stay for us. And thanks to Goibibo for coordinating us timely.

    Very good service provided. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was excellent. And the best part is hospitality. They provide all kinds of help throughout the stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to all visitors.

    Overall we had a superb experience here in this hotel. We booked three super deluxe category rooms and all the three rooms were well furnished, spacious having all the basic amenities with nice photogenic interior, chilling ACs and enough storage options. Hotel is located in a very prominent location 5 minutes in auto from Fort and can easily be covered by walking too.     This is one of the nicest hotels I stayed in. Located in the heart of city. Rooms were beautiful. All necessary amenities were present. Lift is available. Reception and room service staffs are very polite and helpful. Restaurant is at the 3rd floor, it has a separate menu for Bengalis. Food was fresh and delicious, prices are okay. Overall, highly recommended. Thanks Hotel Akashdeep team for nice hospitalilty.
